    Our moulding-machine has the merits of high output, fast prduction, and the density
of wood sticks made by the machine is high. Assembly of the machine parts is simple,
and maintenance costs are low. After more than 20 years' research on moulding-machines
both home and abroad, we have designed a brand-new moulding-machine for which we have our own patent.

The characteristics of our machine are as follows:

(1)Generally,when making wood sticks, the pressure in the machine is always low and vapors in the inner-sleeve cannot be discharged. Now we add 5-6 grooves in the machine to discharge the vapors. Moreover, we add a wedging-ring in the machine,which helps to increase the density of wood sticks.

(2) Most moulding-machine in the market has the oil-blocker of pricipal axis sealed inside the machine, so when the oil-blocker is worn out, the whole machine has to be dismantled.This is not only costly,and harmful to the bearing, but also with a long repairing time. To solve this problem, we reformed the machine structure by adding two oil-blockers at the front and the back of the machine respectively, which makes it easier to change oil-blockers and at the same time causes no damage to the bearing.

(3) The bearings are made longer and bigger, which makes the machine more stable in production and long-wearing

(4) We add a wedging-ring and a exhaust-kit in the machine which can be mended by welding if worn out., so the repairment is made easier and maintainance costs are made lower by almost 10 times than other similar machines.Our machine solves many problems and makes a great stride in charcoal-making field.

  The machine weighs 1.2 ton and is with a power rating of 22kilowatt.
